1. General Return Policy

At AKSHAJ BOOKS LINK, we strive to ensure every student receives the correct study materials. We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your book set to request a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, the items must be in the same condition that you received them:

  • Books: Must be unused, unmarked (no names written), and free from any binding damage, dog-ears, or stains.
  • Access Codes/CDs: If the book came with a digital access code or CD, it must be unscratched and sealed.
  • Stationery: Must be in original, unopened packaging.

Customized items or bulk institutional orders may not be eligible for return unless defective.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please log in to your account, go to your order history, and select the 'Return' option. Alternatively, you can contact our support team at contact@akshajbooks.com with your order number and the reason for the return (e.g., Wrong Class Set ordered).

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned books, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Exchanges

If you accidentally ordered the wrong class or language edition (e.g., Second Language Hindi instead of Telugu), we recommend initiating a return for the incorrect item and placing a new order for the correct one immediately to avoid academic delays.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you find misprinted pages, binding errors, or if you received a book set for the wrong school/class, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and send a replacement at no extra cost.
